Pricing FAQ
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated within the same billing month, downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Existing data is preserved; signal limits and connectors adjust accordingly. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I exceed my signal limit?
We don't block. Extra signals are billed at €0.05 per signal per month. If overages become routine, we reach out proactively with a recommendation for a tier that fits better.
What counts as "noise"? Is it billed?
Noise is duplicate, irrelevant, or purely technical content our model automatically filters out. It is NOT counted against your signal budget — you only pay for feedback that's actually analytically relevant.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a €99 one-time trial gives you a full month of Premium-grade access (25,000 signals, all seats, 3 connectors) at 60% off. No auto-renew, no commitment.
How does Enterprise billing work?
Enterprise is negotiated individually — usually annual prepayment, dedicated onboarding, SSO/SAML, custom connectors, and a defined SLA. Get in touch for a quote.
Do I need a signed DPA before signing up?
For paid tiers: yes, we sign a standard DPA before contract start. Most customers have theirs within a business day. Request via the contact button.
